I have been working at Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The location is nice, but other than that, unfortunately there is truly not much else to recommend it as an employer.

    Cons

Does not pay for professional memberships or for professional development for most employees. Health insurance very expensive but coverage is terrible. Quality of hiring is questionable, leading to high turnover. Poor employee morale. Bottom line appears to be much more important than employee appreciation efforts.
