    Pros

The sales team and service organization is second to none in the industry. Great people that really care about people. Compensation is at the top of the industry.

    Cons

Purchased by large conglomerate and they lost the personal service aspect for several functions. Industry in turmoil as federal regulations restrict sales practices. Supervision is crucial to success and the RVP channel treats it like they are cruise directors.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of the end client, And leadership(Rick Fergeson) needs to get into the 21st century. Answering emails and making decisions in reasonable time frame is the least that should be done.

    Cons

The company has been bought twice in the past few years so that causes some feelings of instability.
