I have been working at Woodforest National Bank full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working towards individual goals as a team toward a greater goal and gaining a bonus once that goal is achieved. Building a culture with a team to meet this goals and work together. Room for growth and upward movement in the company.

    Cons

Long hours. Lots of sick time but very discouraged to use any of it.

    Advice to Management

If someone is sick let them be sick. It will just spread to the rest of the team and everyone will miserable.
