I have been working at Woodhouse Auto full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Christian based, family run business that has a great reputation and huge income opportunity. The owners are always present and looking for top performers to advance in the growth of the company.

    Cons

The hours leave no time for anything else. You work holidays and time to spend with family is lacking. This can pose a huge strain on relationships with wife, children and any form of a social life.

    Advice to Management

Allow sales to have revolving shifts. It's easy to burn the sales staff out without any breaks.

    Pros

Good product from a manufacturer dedicated to success.

    Cons

Terrible management. Unqualified management. Terrible life work balance. The owners are more concerned about money than people.

    Advice to Management

Remember, our customers are people too, not just open wallets and numbers.

I worked at Woodhouse Auto full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Ability to move within company
    Great people
    Great attention to employee needs
Nice balance between customer and employee support

    Cons

Location demands are not the worst but the locations offered I feel could be improved
Customers are somewhat incorrectly informed by sources other than the dealer and maybe more attention in education the public on services and schedule would be a benefit
Hire more talent from within, fresh minds are great but not always the best source

    Advice to Management

Do more to keep your better talent around
