    Friendly place to work at, the owners always care about your working motional.

    Cons

    High stressed when busy, have to deal with a lot of hard time customers.

    I worked at Woodlands Resort & Inn part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Tips were always good. The place gets busy. Owned by a family that treats you like family. Fun atmosphere. Met my best friends while working here that will be lifelong friends.

    Cons

    Family means they can talk to you however they want. Holiday work is a must. Hourly pay is small.

    Pros

    Can make a lot of money. Managers/owners treat you with respect. Fun place to work. Great environment. Feel as if you are part of a family.

    Cons

    If you work for tips... you never know what you will get. Some days it can be slow, though not often enough to complain

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. They realize that without their staff, they would be nothing. Keep up the good work!

    Pros

    Great company. Treat employees well and always willing to work with individual needs. offers full benifits to full time employees

    Cons

    pay is not great. not much room for promotion. Christmas bonuses were $50 gift cards for full time employees, $25 for part time

    Advice to Management

    Christmas bonuses need to be better. The amounts are insulting to employees and damage company morale. tuition reimbursement needs to be more flexible.
