    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Woof Gang Bakery part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Playing with dogs is the only pro

    Cons

    - unclear expectations - lack of communication and transparency - low hourly pay and inconsistent hours - Paul Allen and the corporate team created a toxic work environment by constantly monitoring the stores via camera and creating drama among store associates - “so and so did this yesterday. Can you believe they could be so stupid”

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Woof Gang Bakery full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

No positives to share, left selling my business with a terrible experience/taste about the company.

    Cons

As a former franchise owner for Woof Gang Baker, I urge anyone looking to invest or become and owner themselves to run! Paul is simply looking to make money and grow as quickly as possible, without caring for the owners or success of the business. Our family was lied to on multiple occasions, resulting in a huge loss of money over the years. If looking to start a business in the pet industry, look elsewhere!

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Woof Gang Bakery

    Pros

Loved the customers, coworkers and my job in itself

    Cons

Owner refused to raise pricing and would hardly be around. Groomers are overworked and underpaid. A forty hour work week feels like eighty especially when owner does show they add dogs to day of without understanding the dynamics of grooming. Groomers sometimes stayed late because of the inconsistency of scheduling.
