    You go to deal with customers, talk to them and satisfy their needs. Pay is fine as far as customer service is involved.

    Cons

    Sometimes you go to deal with junkies or unfriendly customer. There might be a situation you end up fighting with the customer, its really get annoying at times to deal with such customers.

    Head office needs to address and influence individual stores more often, specially in Human Resources. Hiring, Firing and Promoting process needs to be more centralised.
