    They are one of the retail giants who pride themselves on quality. I am in a great team, which is very diverse.

    Cons

    They head office is in Cape Town CBD, which is expensive to live in, and traffic to get in is a nightmare.

    Better increases, and bonus can always help

    Politics/sectarianism is costing Woolies great talent

    Listen to your staff, the are being squashed by their managers. The HR business partner only comes around to fire people after receiving unconfirmed allegations!
