    Pros

One or two very enthusiastic and professional people, who work very hard on their field

    Cons

the smallest possible number of employees, working very hard for almost no appreciation or financial support. Very low salaries for tripple positions. Lack of professional people. Lack of leadership and basic business knowledge of the CEO. Impossible requirements for the associates.

    Advice to Management

Improvement of the business knowledge, personal skills and improvement in human relationships of the CEO.
