    Pros

Great education goals. Professional development opportunities are quality but not a great deal to choose from. Dedicated teachers provide academic foundation for students.

    Cons

Feel thwarted with principal's philosophy of how we care for our students. Students used to be orderly, respectful and kind. Now student "rule the school".

    Advice to Management

Think about long term consequences for student well being and not making them feel good at the expense of their maturity and growth.

I worked at Work From Home full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I can clock in and out when ever I want to and still be home with the kids. I will not miss things that they need done and still be able to work on my phone or computer.

    Cons

Being able to find work is going to be a little hard for me but once I get started I know it will be worth it.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have any advice.
