I have been working at Workforce Logiq full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Remote flexibility (before COVID too), unlimited PTO, not much micromanaging, innovative ideas

    Cons

Very GP driven, sometimes it can be exhausting. Reward the hard workers, not just the PM's with high GP customers. We cannot control what our clients do.

I have been working at Workforce Logiq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The interview process went smoothly. The recruiter was able to answer all my questions regarding benefits, compensation, salary, and training. But after the interview, the whole job was frustrating.

    Cons

Cons: Limited Training, Poor Communication, I was hired by Workforce Logiq to work in an unemployment call center for the state of Oklahoma. After merely 2 days of training, they sent all the new hires to production without letting them take practice phone calls. All the new hires were overwhelmed with the heavy call volume, and confused about how to handle the calls. There is very poor communication. We weren't instructed on how our paid hours were recorded, and documented.

I worked at Workforce Logiq part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work at home opportunity, weekly salary, workers benefits.

    Cons

Not too flexible communication, hassle with time entry. Limited duration (1 or two years contract). Although that could have changed since last time I worked for them.

I worked at Workforce Logiq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None, very cliquish environment, too many people standing around and not doing work.

    Cons

They let me go without notice, I was doing the job as required and they let me go. It was so unexpected, like a slap in the face.

I worked at Workforce Logiq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Contractor and the pay was good.

    Cons

Couldn't get my boss to ever respond via email or text. Took 3 months to get approval to take a day off. Manager didn't have the best people skills. Other employees had the same issue with this manager.

I have been working at Workforce Logiq full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Since i've stepped foot into this company i have always been treated with the utmost respect. Not only have i been able to grow within the company, but each time it feels like they sought me out knowing my skillset to fill the roles that were opened. In my current position the job didn't actually exist but they went tou of their way to make sure i was in a role that fit me plus the need of the company and made it happen. I also have the ability to work remotely if needed, and as a single parent, that can be one of the biggest perks of any job. Overall, i've been here for more than 5 years and don't plan on going anywhere. I've been very happy up to this point and think it will only continue.

    Cons

Personally i have not had a lot of problems or issues arise while i've been an employee. There's certainly been a lot of change since i started, be it the name of the company or the employees in the building, but in the end change can be a good thing sometimes and i feel we as a company are on a very strong trajectory to grow and become bigger/better.
