    Pros

They help under represented populations learn to code

    Cons

    - pay: They will barely pay you while you’re contracted to a company. Managers will lie about your ability to get hired in early. You will barely be paid while you are in training. You will then be paid $11 per hour for 4 of the 5 days you work for 6 months then $12 for the remaining portion of the contract. The company they are pimping you out to will pay at least $60 an hour for you but likely way more. If you work ot, you will not be paid for it. -management: I was sexually harassed by a manger but no one did anything. He trapped me in our one on one while I was on site -job: several members of my cohort weren’t hired because the hiring company was in the middle of layoffs. They did not help with placement after jobs fell through. -option is outdated: There are several programs that will help you learn to code. Some require part time commitment, so you can work while making the transition. More companies have started to host their own training programs that will pay you at least 40k while you train. It’s not a ton of money for a tech job but it’s not $12. The companies near me increase your pay once you’re done with training and/or work for the company for 90 days after training . There’s no reason to stress yourself working for this hell hole. Don’t doubt yourself or believe this is your only chance. This place will abuse you

    Don’t work here

    Pros

The associates you meet. I love helping them, that’s why I joined the company. I enjoyed working with the partners as well.

    Cons

This company uses people. They lie to the partners and try to get their employees to commit fraud. WOS will later try to blame the CSMs for everything that goes wrong. They use minorities and veterans and make money off of them and exploit them.
