    Some good people working around you

    Cons

    -Some managers are too busy looking after themselves and not their teams. -WL cut the Flexi-Links benefits for everyone -Its not the company I joined, where everyone helped each other. -Redundancies after redundancies for years, have left this once great company a shadow of its former self -Company values have dropped since it was brought by an investment company

    Great colleagues, made so good friends.

    Cons

    Constant change and redundancies hanging over you. To top heavy with managment always managing to remain in post whilst the front line staff keep getting cut.

    Pros

    I made some genuine friends due to the awful environment we had to endure repeatedly being put through and threatened with redundancies.

    Cons

    Ineffectual leadership at national and executive level. Unqualified leadership at national and regional level. Seeing staff as disposable resources. Using 'customers' as a resource for profit against the values of the company. Forcing staff to work against their morals (with vulnerable adults - this is why I left) Dubious recording methods of activity within systems to meet compliance.
