I have been working at Workman Nydegger full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great office in very good downtown location. Staff is treated very well. Good training is provided. Very pleasant office atmosphere

    Cons

Complicated and cumbersome file management system that does not work well for the IP field. Billing procedures are also cumbersome. Too much time is spent on administrative tasks as opposed to focusing on client work.

    Advice to Management

Management efforts are very much appreciated. That being said, management could help coordinate efforts to cut down on duplication of effort between the various departments. Also, billing needs to be more proactive in getting the information that needs to appear on the Invoices, rather than having to provide the information each an every time an Invoice is requested.

    Pros

Best patent firm in Salt Lake City, UT

    Cons

The firm structure favors shareholders hoarding work and poaching easier mundane projects.

    Advice to Management

Place incentives for shareholders to give away work that is not in their technology field.
