I worked at World Acceptance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The only Pro I can think of is that they do pay for you're Health and Dental Insurance.
They also have a Match 401K Program

    Cons

You're whole goal is to make people re pay their loans. If they don't pay their payments then you do not make your numbers.
Immediate Supervisor and Senior Supervisor claim they are there to help but in the long run they are only interested in you making your numbers so they can get their monthly bonus.
You should not work here unless you can enforce people to make their payments. Also these clients you get are not the most trusted. They have had problems in the past and can not get help through a bank so their last resort is to come to World Finance

    Advice to Management

Don't just say you are there to help because in the long run you only care about yourself. You can't make people re pay their bill especially the way the economy is today.

I worked at World Acceptance full-time

    Pros

Full time with good health insurance.

    Cons

I was treated inhumanly and ultimately bullied to quit because i would not beg or harass customers into refinancing loans. Management of this particular branch/district succeeds by attempting to public humiliate and ridicule. The job most likely was not for me as i do not feel comfortable pressuring people into doing something they feel they do not need to do and I was not informed in any manner that it was a sales position.

    Advice to Management

Please be aware of supervisors assuming they can mistreat individuals as long his/her(supervisor's) "numbers" are significant.

    Pros

Everything that could have been placed in this column has systematically removed from the organization over the past three years. You can still earn bonuses. Free parking. Desks still have drawers.

    Cons

Favortism, sexism, good old boys, revolving door at Corporate, good employees being let go while the bad ones get to do whatever they feel like doing. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, which is just as well because it probably isn't legal. This was a great company. It's not now. Keep looking elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

I can't figure out if it is incompetence or strategy, but you guys have made a mansion into a double-wide effortlessly. Nice job!

Also, Sandy McLean is not the CEO and does not deserve the bad ratings beside his name. Update your info please.
