    Pros

Quiet easy work environment. Quick promotion

    Cons

Assigned management is not always ready to be manager. Promote to fast. Not efficient training.

    Advice to Management

Complete supervised training, district and regional manager needs to be there for all employees not just management.

    Pros

Love my customers see them every month love the competition and stretching you to your limits you have to be dedicated and in love with people

    Cons

You have to work HARD you can't let down or you will fail. You have to chase and make tons of phone calls a day. And you dnt matter as an employee. What the customer says goes!

    Advice to Management

Care about your staff!!!! They have feelings too!!! Your not the one stuck in the office day after day week after week month after month! !!! We make your salary. I feel much more appreciation should be put forth!

    Pros

Management at my level was competent. Of many of the finance companies in the area, World has a very good reputation on collection practices and so forth.

    Cons

Assistants do 99% of the work, yet bonuses are not geared that way. Managers have the potential to make 10% of monthly profit. Not right when assistants kick, fight, scratch and maul for $300.

    Advice to Management

Strategic plans are working. But rethinking the bonus structure for your heartbeat of the company is vital. You all are competent, resourceful and accessible. Adapting is not out of your realm of possibility.

I have been working at World Acceptance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A lot of innovative changes that are bringing the company into current times.

    Cons

Pay structure is very out dated. If you're not in an upper level position, you're under paid.

I worked at World Acceptance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Built in bonus structure and good co-workers. Predictable schedule was nice. The benefits, and earned paid time off were really great.

    Cons

Going to people's houses to collect debts is scary. Emlployees were not trained how to handle hostile people, dogs, sexually or verbally explicit people, etc. A huge part of the job is knocking on people's doors to collect payment, and they're never happy to see you. Never felt safe.

    Advice to Management

Better training for collection processes. Have protocol for extreme scenarios (because they happen), so that your employees can feel safe while doing their job.

    Pros

Laid back and fairly simple job with benefits.

    Cons

No overtime and the potential to bonus depends on how well the office is preforming and that depends on others

    Advice to Management

You should care more for your employees
