I have been working at World Healing Center Church full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Small organization and easy to get to know staff. Faith based organization with good people for the most part. Nice facility.

    Cons

Long hours with no comp time. Promotions internally are rare. Managers operate on a give it to me now without regard for issues wjich may be created.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation to staff and mentor loyal staff instead of always looking for the quick fix.

I worked at World Healing Center Church (More than a year)

    Pros

Consistent schedule, great team of coworkers, extensive training in DOS based system as well as format for email/phone etiquette. Christian-based organization, great for persons of a faith-based background and lifestyle.

    Cons

Customer service resolution was difficult because of the inconsistency with providing products that were 'paid' for by customers. All payments were recorded as donations and this made it difficult to refund or properly take care of customers in relation to the products they requested.

    Advice to Management

Consistency is important for employees as well as customers. Being truthful in word as well as fulfilling promises is very important.
