      Pros

      Managers truly care about your career development and will reach out to other managers to make recommendations or gather research for your benefit. Truly feel like they care about my career aspirations.

      Cons

      There is ALOT of customization for every customer (which is awesome), but sometimes there doesn't feel like there's a solid process that is defined. The sheer amount of growth within the company can feel chaotic at times, but I would rather the company be growing!
