    Pros

    - Good team work and supportive management (both personally and professionally)
    - Day goes by quickly, and your to-do list is endless
    - Can grow swiftly in your career and responsibilities with reasonable amount of effort
    - Very decent benefits for a mid-sized company along with fair wages.
    - Management cares about direction culture is growing and strives to be a good place to work.
    - Company boasts healthy incentives and has screenings, 5k walk/runs, and rewards program. Cares about employee improvement.
    - Quarterly drawing for 2 free dream trip vacations of $3,500 value.

    Cons

    - Often the work never ends, and email is out of control.
    - Company sprouted(still growing) too quickly and is still healing those pains.
    - Some departments work harder than others. Company boasts fun, freedom, fulfillment, but it's hard to see the fun and freedom with all the stress
    - Have seen some benefits deteriorate and the little travel benefit is at no discount to employees
    - Impressive growth in revenue and employee base, along with higher turnover.
    - Culture of demanding immediate answers & instant results, not thinking twice to go above your head.

    Advice to Management

Keep slowing down reaction to growth and make VP/Directors accountable for their spend.

    Pros

Benefits are pretty good, nice amount of PTO. The people are incredible - I made a lot of friends at WV. The building is really nice and has a nice lake and walking trail. Nice break room downstairs.

    Cons

Reviews from "Independent Representatives" are not accurate in regards to working at the corporate office. These are people in the sales field.

WorldVentures was at one time a great company that truly valued culture and it's employees. Senior leadership changes are common in most companies and it is important to adapt. However, the identity of the company was lost in the shifts. Culture became less important. Decision making became irrational, impulsive, reckless and downright reactive.

Senior leadership, and by senior I mean the C-level, held no accountability for their poor decisions. The company has suffered financially and the blame was placed on the directors and managers. Directors and managers outnumbered regular employees. More C-levels have been brought in. Employees have been laid off or left. Essentially no one was running the company, because that would mean someone was accountable for the mess.

The culture has now become one of fear and mistrust. Odd since one of the company core values is to "honor, embody and expand trust".

From my own experience, I find many of the negative reviews to be accurate, especially in regards to HR, senior management and the field running the company.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent. Your employees want your company to succeed and if you're not telling them what's wrong, they're unable to.

Humble yourselves. One Big Team, right?

Show up to the office! Leadership leads by example.

    Pros

Many of the employees are good people that want to see the company successful.

    Cons

The Program Management Office lacks strategic oversight and also transparency. Also there is a lack of protection to be effective.

Company does not follow any methodology and has no processes. Company is also struggling financially.

    Advice to Management

Executive leadership needs restructuring. The ones qualified to do their jobs are not allowed to by those that are not qualified. Company could benefit from true transparency and processes. Senior executives are salespeople and do not understand corporate concerns and execution.

    Cons

HR is horrible, need ethics training.
    No policies and procedures.
    No training for new employees
    No work/life balance

    Advice to Management

Company needs to develop policies and procedures for all departments and establish training procedures for employees. Also, budgets need to be completed and approved before the fiscal year starts, not 8 months into the fiscal year.
