    Negative Outlook

I worked at Worldwide Currencies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some of the sales staff are decent

    Cons

Horrible company to work for, run like a sweatshop. They say they offer training but in reality they sit with you for half a day and then dump you on the phones where all you do is cold call. This is a pure sales role and there is nothing financial about it, avoid at all costs and save yourself for a job with more prospects. Even when you are promoted to being a "trader" you still have to hammer the phones and cold... call. Management do not care about you at all.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff with some respect, you might have less staff turnover then.

I have been working at Worldwide Currencies full-time

    Pros

Senior management are very helpful, and always there to answer your questions Career progression is clearly set out and you are able to witness others progress like you want to. Great commission structure Culture is brilliant, with senior members getting involved with the consultants from day 1

    Cons

The only people who have a bad thing to say about this company are those who don't have the drive and determination to succeed in such a competitive but rewarding industry

I have been working at Worldwide Currencies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great support during the training, and on-going coaching from your traders/mentors Friendly and active environment Huge potential to progress your career and make a name for yourself fantastic relationship between sales and management

    Cons

Pressure to hit targets, as with any sales job, however if you are doing this consistently well this is recognised by management and you will receive praise This is not a job for people who want it easy, you get out what you put in, and if you're doing what you should your day will shoot by and your earnings will rocket

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing!

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Worldwide Currencies full-time

    Pros

It is an enjoyable company to work for and you can get rewarded for putting in the effort. Also you don't have to work really long hours as you have to in some other finance companies.

    Cons

There aren't any major cons. People complaining are just not willing to put the hard work in and expect everything to be handed to them.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the hands on approach with staff members and continue listening to their opinions on ways of moving the company forward.
