    Great coworkers and supervisors.

    Cons

    Pay is low compared to what major airlines pay, little room for advancement unless you are a management favorite, favoritism occurs during scheduling and bidding. Does not work well with school schedules. Management is poor at best, and has weekends off while the rest of us are working.

    The work is easy, pay is not too bad. A lot of good people .

    Cons

    No room for advancement, no weekends, management top heavy. Too much interference from the contractor company.

    Advice to Management

    Stop promoting people that are not leaders, stop playing favourites. Hold employees accountable for their actions.

    Co-workers are nice. None other than that I can say

    Management is literally “in bed” with each other. They play favorites, and ignore customers

    Some of the coworkers
    Work is fun
    Plenty of hours

    Cons

    Management is incompetent. Supervisors act like they do not need to follow the rules. ie the handbook says supervisors kids can't work under them, yet they do and get preferential treatment.

    TRAIN PEOPLE
    SCHEDULE ENOUGH PEOPLE
    DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE AND PLAY FAVORITES WITH THEM

    Stressful job can take a toll on your body. Distasteful management and miserable employees that doesn’t even want to work there. Expect high expectations with not enough man power.
