    I worked at Worley full-time

    Pros

Payroll is every 2 weeks and is on time.

    Cons

I have worked for Worley for over 10 years. I was laid off do to slow down. Was never called back. Have not received anymore requests for assignments. Only benefit the company has is health insurance. You have to work 3 months before it is offered and the company does not pay any premiums. Company did not give reference or confirmation of employment to new employer. Company seems only to be interested in expansion and profits.

I have been working at Worley full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are well liked and have a way in you'll get a healthy pipeline of claims continuously.

    Cons

If you don't know anything they lie to you and tell you that you will be trained and given claims when they volume picks up but they really just hand them to the same people over and over.

    Advice to Management

Rethink some of your "managers". The internal infrastructure sucks and there is no professionalism.

I have been working at Worley full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good pay when there's work

    Cons

    Micro management
    Inconsistent processes
Do not care about their adjusters
Management uses threatening tactics to force their will on adjusters
Sinking ship, its quite obvious when they have three senior officers in the company quit within six months of each other.

    Advice to Management

Being number one on list doesn't mean anything, if your adjusters don't trust the company they work for.
