I worked at Worley full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Money is good, if you are one of few selected by upper management to benefit. Good opportunity for lots of on the job training.

    Cons

Management is dysfunctional. Leadership is non existent. Only focus of upper management is to sell company to next buyer and cash out.

    Advice to Management

Useless. They don't pay attention to any "advise".

I have been working at Worley full-time

    Pros

decent pay w/ no experience - other firms pay more though

    Cons

poor leadership, all depends who you know and how much you kiss up. they like to promote w/in their own family members. Worked for them for over 6 yrs and never have they provided a lunch, worley merchandise or anything to show employee appreciation. they are very deceitful too. i've seen managers straight up lie to people. also, don't expect to get anything in writing. I've seen them tell people one thing, and never come through on their promise.

    Advice to Management

when you expect the adjusters to be there all day, the managers on site should stay as well instead of coming in and out when they please. please promote people who can actually make other people better and who are patient w/ new people. just because someone knows how to do a job, doesn't necessarily mean they know how to be a leader. the managers on sites lead as a dictator.
