My experience has been positive, everyone has been very friendly and welcoming and willing to help. Negative Outlook

I worked at Wound Care Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working with a solid team of Sales People that really knew the ins and outs and weren't shy about sharing they knowledge.

    Cons

    There are so many...
    - HIGH turnover, never really know who is still working within the organization
    - Micromanagement is taken to a whole new level
    - Lack of training; CFO is usually doing the product training
    - Sales Team territories constantly changing, never giving the Account Rep the ability to develop relationships with key people
    - "Leading by Example" doesn't seem to be on owner's radar or managements....right down to dress code
    - Inexperienced Customer Service Reps, goes back to lack of training
    - Communication is totally absent across the board, which is surprising in todays day and age with email, smart phones and weekly meetings
    - Commission structure is suspect at best! They constantly change the model and payout structure under, thus you really never know what to expect.
    - Sales/Commission reporting is very inconsistent with little to no way to find the information on where you strand with your sales numbers.
Lastly as a Sales Account Manager you are expected to help finance the company's bottom-line by getting a fraction of your car/fuel reimbursements.

    Advice to Management

Develop another layer of management and trust they will get the job done. STOP micromanaging!

    Cons

Just about everything else. The people that work there are nice, but everything else is completely difficult and you will never get a real raise.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth and recognize you hire professionals because they know what they are doing. Anyone that has a true career won't be here for long.

I have been working at Wound Care Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

To tell you the truth their was no positive things to put with this company only doing this to fill the 20 word minimum.

    Cons

Micromanagement to the fullest. CFO and CEO have no idea what they are doing. WAY WAY WAY underpaid. Turnover is incredible the highest not only have I ever seen but the highest I have ever heard of. Unemployment was better and better pay. No room for growth. They promise the world but never stay to their word. wasted two years until I realized that they never keep to their word. Customer service hates their job.

    Advice to Management

Fire the CFO, lay off the micromanagement, pay your employees, etc
