I worked at Wroclaw University of Technology full-time

    Pros

Generally unrestricted working hours, but it depends on the particular team. Possibilities to gain other scholarships or to work in another place simultaneously.

    Cons

Low salary, the market pays more, in general. Bureaucracy... it is 21st century and the only "benefit" from computers is that you have to submit documents both printed and electronically. Many people do not check nor respond to emails...

    Advice to Management

See how PhD studies are maintained in other countries, derive best practices and apply them to WUT.

If someone was thinking about PhD due to scientific experiments, he shouldn't conduct
    courses with students.
