I have been working at Wunder Mobility full-time

    Pros

+ Super friendly team + Focusing on a big problem: transportation in mega cities. For sure the most interesting start-up mission in Hamburg! + Hands-on environment that rewards excellence, if you want to make an impact on the company, you can!

    Cons

+ High expectations to deliver a lot with a little, management has limited technical background + Class startup roller-coaster (some weeks you feel like you're winning and others like you're losing!) + Can't use you're own product everyday, operations in Asia, company based in Europe

    Advice to Management

+ Keep promoting internally where possible vs. external recruiting + Celebrate successes as much as highlighting failures + Integrate "engineering voice" more in management

I have been working at Wunder Mobility full-time

    Pros

    - "Because We Share" - great mission to solve traffic in gridlocked cities - Super international team - Accessible leadership team - Possible to speak up and move things - Teamevents, free breakfast, engineering and tech talks - Good salaries + shares

    Cons

I think some other reviews are not completely fair. Yes, there is high pressure and it is expected to put more in than just from 9 to 5, but I think that is normal in a startup. The vision in my opinion is clear and communicated often. Of course there are regular changes of decisions, but they are always understandable. I think, that is as well what makes it interesting to work in a startup.

I have been working at Wunder Mobility full-time

    Pros

    - going for a very interesting & hard problem: carpooling - supportive team - flat hierarchies - accessible management team (if you speak up) - high connectedness within the team e.g. after work activities

    Cons

It's a startup that tries to build a new product in a highly competitive, hot space: mobility. Reading through some other reviews I think people mistake it for a corporate with a 5 year plan and an 9to5 work mentality.

I have been working at Wunder Mobility part-time

    Pros

Very good environment to work it Possibilities to grow nd learn fast Possibilities to really contribute and be part of the team

    Cons

Fast moving environment, so you do not know what to expect in a few months - but that is a start-up environment. It goes with the job.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on the good work

I have been working at Wunder Mobility full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Unfortunately, I believe that in a fast growing startup that there are periods where your work is fun and periods, where your work is stressful and demotivating because you do not get the results or do not see the goal at the end. If you are not the kind of person who can motivate yourself do not work in a startup! Extra at Wunder: - nice office (cool design, kicker table, etc...) - good location of the... office - good breakfast (fresh food from local farmers) - unique colleagues - the ability to develop your own skills

    Cons

Things to consider: - If you are not the person who can motivate yourself to learn new skills, nobody will manage you to do it! - Flat hierarchy. Don´t complain about things, when you do not speak up! Negative: - I do not find any really negative It is a Startup and nothing is perfect!
