    Pros

Creative space, small enough for successful collaboration.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Keep making progress in client management. Poorly-trained client expectations create impossible working hours for your valued employees.

I worked at Wunderman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company is generally very understanding if you need to take off for a doctor's appointment or other personal reason. There is a good amount of PTO between vacation and holidays, good benefits (insurance and 401K). There's a lot of freedom and independence with no micromanagement. The environment is laid back and casual and the people are nice.

    Cons

The pay is too low as compared to similar jobs. Hours can be long at times and there is no additional compensation beyond your salary. Work can be routine with little opportunity for growth.

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities for growth and encourage employees to learn and grow which is better for them and the company. Provide incentives of some kind. Reward jobs well done.

    Cons

promotions, raise, and lack of leader's career support are my main concern.

    Advice to Management

Need leaders in management rather than bosses.

I have been working at Wunderman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work with incredibly talented people doing award-winning work for international clients. You will grow your book and your skillset while having fun along the way.

    Cons

Work-life balance is a bit of a challenge. It might just be agency life, but don't expect to leave at 5pm. Be judicious about when to say "yes" and when to say "no." Both are equally vital to succeed it at Wunderman.

    Pros

Wunderman is part of a vast global network specializing in data driven creativity. Or as their current tag goes, "Creatively Driven, Data Inspired". In this realm, you'd be hard pressed to find a better network that fulfills the data-hungry needs of marketers worldwide. Management is good, intelligent, driven. Local offices have their own flavor and are hard-working.

    Cons

Lax in investing in their own talent.

    Advice to Management

    Set up people to succeed.
