I worked at Wunderman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Creative space, small enough for successful collaboration.

    Cons

Main downside is the client portfolio was fairly limited to pharma brands only

    Advice to Management

Keep making progress in client management. Poorly-trained client expectations create impossible working hours for your valued employees.

I worked at Wunderman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company is generally very understanding if you need to take off for a doctor's appointment or other personal reason. There is a good amount of PTO between vacation and holidays, good benefits (insurance and 401K). There's a lot of freedom and independence with no micromanagement. The environment is laid back and casual and the people are nice.

    Cons

The pay is too low as compared to similar jobs. Hours can be long at times and there is no additional compensation beyond your salary. Work can be routine with little opportunity for growth.

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunities for growth and encourage employees to learn and grow which is better for them and the company. Provide incentives of some kind. Reward jobs well done.

I have been working at Wunderman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work with incredibly talented people doing award-winning work for international clients. You will grow your book and your skillset while having fun along the way.

    Cons

Work-life balance is a bit of a challenge. It might just be agency life, but don't expect to leave at 5pm. Be judicious about when to say "yes" and when to say "no." Both are equally vital to succeed it at Wunderman.

    Pros

Great clients, lots of smart and talented people, (somewhat) room to grow.

    Cons

Low morale. Leadership is completely disconnected. Processes are constantly changing. New branding and positioning every year. Company lacks direction.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach. New initiatives are great, but we have yet to see any outcome.
