I worked at Wunderman part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good humans. Healthy sense of teamwork and a noticeable camaraderie. Good work/life balance for a NYC ad shop. Active culture.

    Cons

No big gripes. Some shifting personnel. A few vacancies made some projects a bit tougher than they needed to be.

    Advice to Management

None really. They seemed focused on the right things.

    Pros

Chance to work on cutting edge ad copy and technology with vey talented people. Fun, creative atmosphere -- casual wear is welcomed!

    Cons

Trying to satisfy conflicting client demands.

    Advice to Management

Place freelancers/contract editors in the main workspace so there's more/easier interaction with regular staff.

I worked at Wunderman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice friendly people, smart creative types, open workspace to engage with senior management. Good money, opportunity for growth and interesting side projects to work on, fun parties around holidays.

    Cons

Projects that require late nights and weekend work with very little appreciation from management. No holiday bonus. Some supervisors are micro managers. Some unintelligent people in higher ranking positions. Lots of boring, annoying, type A personalities on the Wunderman health side. Management will work you 24 hours a day and lay you off the next day.

    Advice to Management

Know, understand and appreciate employees that work late nights and weekends. Keep the smart, creative, driven, hard-working employees and lay off the robots.

I have been working at Wunderman full-time

    Pros

The people here are terrific. It is fast-paced, deadline-driven work, but the people are primarily Type A, "get-it-done" types who support one another to meet client deadlines.

    Cons

    Not great work/life balance.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wunderman full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The environment is laid-back for corporate, casual clothing, free parking, great amount of days off through the year, a day is given to you for your birth month.

    Cons

Not much room for growth in pay. Teams need more people to take on work load.

    Advice to Management

    Communication needs improvement
Pay is below the national average
Don't over promise to your clients and stay true
