I worked at Wyeth full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Although very large, the company found a way to foster cooperative behavior. Good training. Smart people. Organized and professional.

    Cons

Low-growth at the time meant that there was less opportunity to progress in career. At times, one might wish for more flexibility.

    Advice to Management

I was far too far down the hierarchy to advise management. I wish them all the best in their future work.

I worked at Wyeth full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There was true role clarity in my positions at Wyeth, but there were also many opportunities to join special projects, grow skills and network. Their training programs were fantastic and there was a pleasant work atmosphere. Summer hours were a terrific bonus.

    Cons

Inconsistent ability to get things done. In some departments, sign-off could be obtained quickly and process implemented successfully. In other areas, there was a lot of bureaucracy and political maneuvering.
