- Benefits eroded very quickly over a 5-year stint, mirroring LPTA/services type contracts. Management couldn't stop the eroding, but their approach ("Suck it up, be glad you have a job") drove the best employees away. Salaries offered also plunged, and annual raises (there are no other raises, even with promotion) were 0-1%.
Advice to Management
Pull your heads out of the 1970s and 1980s when you felt relevant, and learn to adapt to the culture and people of today.
