I have been working at Wyndham Destinations full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Company gives you a lot of benefits to their resorts and and sister companies hotels. Good pay for this area. Management does try to help with matters that require personal time. Company is better than other call centers I've worked at.

    Cons

It's a call center job, if you've worked at one you have a good idea how it's run and what to expect for "Bonuses, Drawings and Auctions".

I worked at Wyndham Destinations full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Being able to connect with guest and regulars and free to talk to them and enjoy your job as long as the job is getting done.

    Cons

Although sometimes understandable, I kind of got the feeling that management didn't have my back on more than enough instances. The point system is pretty unheard of and strict. Leaves no room for being late when life problems come about.
