I have been working at Wyndham Destinations full-time

    Pros

Honestly my time here has been more than what I expected. The values the company stands for align with mine. The culture here is nothing I've ever experienced and I know it will be hard to find else where. The benefits are great. The company matches up to 6% of your 401k contribution (2018)! The perks, depending on which brand you work for, are generous.

    Cons

Like any other large companies, often times the more people involved in a situation result in poor execution/planning. The company did have a huge re-org where roughly about 90% of current jobs have relocated to another state. The transition has been tough for some and the moral in the company has lowered. I believe it is just a phase and it will be ok once the new structure and positions have been filled.

I worked at Wyndham Destinations full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Continuous training from which you can benefit while pursuing any sales job. If you can learn how to sell timeshare in 3 hours, you can sell anything.

    Cons

They don´t tell you up front that, in case of a recision for ANY reason, not only you won´t receive your commission but also be charged back years later.

    Advice to Management

Advise for corporate: Trophies and clapping for sales volume achievements do not put food on the table, money does. So how about respecting the work reps put in in order to sell "this" product and let them keep their hard-earned commission?
