    Pros

Good benefits, including great deductibles for healthcare and 401k match after 1 year.

    Cons

Pay in 2021 is laughable. Currently operating on a gift minus and a conversion rate - so it's possible that you will make no commission some weeks even when you make sales because your conversion rate was too low. Make minimum wage hourly, so everything is mostly commission and the compensation plan is horrendous. Most weeks I'm making $100 in commission. Maybe $200. My numbers are consistent with others who are not in the top 1%.

    Pros

I learned a lot about hospitality, the night audit and front desk process, and I got to see the In's and Out's of how a hotel operates. I had high expectations and plans to go far with this company. Good benefits and seemed like a good company to work for.....

    Cons

Very disappointed. Very little room to grow. Seemed that favoritism and being liked was more important than working hard, being reliable, dependable, etc. Too much gossip and young people made it feel like a high school entry job at times. My manager made me feel like I never mattered because any time we would talk she would brush off what I had to say. Every day we received emails about everything we did wrong. Poor leadership. I also found out I was paid $2.00 less than most other Wyndham's to work night audit and I have a Bachelor's degree and audit experience prior to that. I was then laid off due to the pandemic. July 2020 I was told my job was eliminated as of August. By November I had applied to my job asking for 14-15 an hour. I was told I was not qualified and asking for too much money. It is now May 2021 and my job that I was asking for too much money is now posted for 14-15 an hour. I also worked inventory where we were severely understaffed even before the pandemic.
