I have been working at Wyndham Vacation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As long as you put in the work, the income can be excellent. Every year they celebrate the top producers from each site with an all expenses paid vacation to wonderful resorts, once you hit a certain level of business.

    Cons

There are not many cons at this company. Sometimes the hours can be pretty long, but it all pays off in the end.

I worked at Wyndham Vacation full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

IF you are in top tier and get bonuses, there is plenty of Wyndham to choose from to use your bonus.

    Cons

Corporate was so large it was grossly out of touch with staff, job needs and challenges and had way too many insincere people in management.

    Advice to Management

Your employees success is your success; do everything in your power to assist it's reality.

    Pros

OK benefits, nice people to work with.

I worked at Wyndham Vacation full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are extensive since everyone is on mental health leave it seems.

    Cons

Ever wonder what happened to bullies in school, they become Wyndham managers. This company has no respect for their people and less for themselves. The average manager has a 10th grade education if even that. If you can lie with the best they embrace you, if you can drink everyone under the table your are management material and if you have no ethics than stand in line for the VP position!

    Advice to Management

Loyalty should be rewarded not punishable. Quit rewarding bad behavior with promotions.

    Cons

Not enough money for all the travel they have you do. The hurdles are good money per tour but for me personally, I don't like to travel.
