    I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Its an amazing company with so many amazing people. It is a pleasure to go to work everyday as the friendly atmosphere makes waking up easy. Furthermore all the management makes you feel appreciated which is a huge plus.

    Cons

    Even if i am working for Wyndham Worldwide, because i work in a call center, promotion and career options are very limited.Its hard to get to a higher position within the company. Not so much suitable for ambitious people who want to go further in their careers.

    Advice to Management

    Should listen to the new ideas and take into consideration the market insight. As its an international company it needs to be more localized with its marketing and sales as each and every market is different and have different buying habits.
