    Great Benefits and a lot of perks

    Cons

    Management should be more encouraging to current employee's instead of just hiring and firing with in a 3 month period they don't train employee's correctly and employee's some are not team players.

    Advice to Management

    Train Employee's correctly before throwing them in the street just for sales to better yourself .
