I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good amount of vacation time and 401K match

    Cons

    People being promoted without experience.

    Advice to Management

Be careful who gets promoted. This company is going to have a brain drain soon and loose a lot of great people overnight.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Loved my co-workers, pay was good, benefits were decent.

    Cons

Work for 7 years, innovated my area, reduce costs, delivered high volume, exceeded expectations consistently for 7 years, no bad reviews, then let go with no explanation other than eliminated my position. I had a lead position. Passive aggressive leaders, only promote those in the click.

    Advice to Management

    none... they are the problem

I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Decent bonus structure, ok pay structure. Weekly checks, but I considers this a way to reduce tour pay incentive number. I did well at the beginning, but later drop a bit. I will be working for a company that gives two weeks to reach your numbers.

    Cons

Favoritism lots of it, The hours with 7-2,12-5,3-11 makes it difficult to pass incentive numbers, Overlapping schedule you may work with another OPC/CMA which I find ridiculous, They're always hiring to the point that the locations are crowed with people, which makes it difficult to reach your numbers and bonuses, which I think keeps their overhead low. The gifting cost is closer to the gate prices, so not a lot to offer guest. The company as a whole I think is ok, but the marketing department is horrible. The health insurance is very high and costly. People quit every week.

    Advice to Management

Improve training, Research locations before taking them, Add bonus spiffs to keep people motivated, Stop over hiring, if you have the staff available.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great People to work with. Great food in the cafeteria, clean bathrooms, clean carpet, clean walls, clean floors, nice flowers, nice furniture, nice landscaping

    Cons

Long drive to work on the expressway. a lot of gas, a lot of tolls, a lot of crazy tourists in the area, traffic is a mad house in the area, shamu is going away across the street at seaworld

    Advice to Management

    socialize more with employees
