I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Freedom to work without a manager. Great benefits for full-time employees.

PTO does not roll over to the next year. Ugly/uncomfortable uniforms. Most communication is made via email.

I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

After 6 months you can apply to transfer into different departments. Great benefits and has some really great managers.

    Cons

Too much is outsourced. Housekeeping, A/C units, WiFi, etc... So no real way to help guests when they complain or something happens.

    Advice to Management

Take a few days and walk in the shoes of your employees and see what they need. You'll hear what needs to be addressed by the end of the week if you do.
