I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits - what is so good is that insurance starts the first day of the next month. Who came up with idea of waiting 90 days anyway?

    Cons

It's like living in a cartoon where nobody is slowed to say anything negative, not even if it's real.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good training and vacation perks for working at this company. Training almost every single day, so you know what you are doing.

    Cons

Hard sale, the clients are not qualified or interested in what your selling, they want the free perks. Too many questions that are really to shady to answer.

    Advice to Management

    Better value in your product.

    Pros

    They have some nice resorts

    Cons

The west coast is only money managed not talent managed. I feel sorry for the current employees of this organization and I pray for them all including all the owners and guest that are intentionally deceived. Some very key decision makers might want to find some type of a higher power instead of themselves.

    Advice to Management

This company is too concerned with finding experienced reps instead of training new talent the correct way. It really is sad I thought what we where selling is based on love not greed. Why run your owner's into enormous debt only for them to have no other option but bankruptcy or lawsuits. This business practice will soon catch up with this company. God witnesses everything.
