I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good working environment, commensurate pay and employees taken care of with necessary training.

    Cons

They'll find all kinds of tricks not to pay commission. They like to fired people, managers call it "Step stone" it's a revolving door, most people only last a few weeks, QA is unreasonable, computers are very slow. The thing is that once you are in there is hard to transfer to a different department.

    Advice to Management

You should support your team instead of going into a ego power trip.

I worked at Wynn Resorts part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice environment, my direct boss was very nice & professional. Always clean every day. I wasn't confined to the office and had the opportunity to view current / ongoing projects with the architect/ property development.

    Cons

Steve Wynn is a perfectionist, and I heard of people getting fired on the spot. He may also show up to tell you how to do your job, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. He didn't fire you yet.
