    Pros

Decent edr covered employee parking, paid hour lunch. They do volunteer programs for the community but not many to choose from on weekends

    Cons

Low wages, uninformed management or unconcerned, treated more like kindergartens than adults. Zero moral no room to move up no merit increases so don't do good because you all get the same increase. Don't question anything because the standard reply is...... because that's how we've always done it. So sad

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they are 5 star 5 diamond. Get your heads out of your buts and listen to what they have to say. Do a real exit interview with your employees face to face

    Pros

Amazing benefits. You get to work with divers and intelligent people. Can be a fun place to work at times.

    Cons

Not the best employee morale during the years I was there. Management needs to listen to employees more.

    Advice to Management

Better pay for low to mid-level employees.

I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good working environment, dining area, and employee benefits. You will be supplied with all the tools you need to be successful.

    Cons

Lowest paying property on the strip. It is clearly part of the business strategy so it's either take it or leave it.

    Advice to Management

The business strategy is pretty clear and straight forward, so there is no reason to change. Obviously with the property coming across the street there is going to be a lot of opportunities for growth in the future.

I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Beautiful properties, sense of pride for where you work (on the surface), good EDR, okay benefits, limited overtime

    Cons

Lots of unethical marketing practices, very focused on physical appearance of employees (even back of house), no growth opportunities, abusive and harassing middle management, intimidating and unstable upper management

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when they have serious concerns regarding ethics or reporting illegal practices - you'll have less turnover

    Pros

Let's face it. It's "The Wynn Hotel" (and Encore). It has Marquee Value. But the "behind the scenes" is different (see below). However, it was a very good place to work in many respects, team-members were very good, and supervisors and mid-level managers were good to work for.

    Cons

Pay is too low for a "World-Class Resort." Food is somewhat less stellar than it should be. Lots of little niggling paperwork issues. Overmuch concentration of process as opposed to results.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see management listen to the front-line employees a little more.
