    Pros

Decent edr covered employee parking, paid hour lunch. They do volunteer programs for the community but not many to choose from on weekends

    Cons

Low wages, uninformed management or unconcerned, treated more like kindergartens than adults. Zero moral no room to move up no merit increases so don't do good because you all get the same increase. Don't question anything because the standard reply is...... because that's how we've always done it. So sad

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they are 5 star 5 diamond. Get your heads out of your buts and listen to what they have to say. Do a real exit interview with your employees face to face

I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time

    Pros

None. The culture is just plain bad.

    Cons

Temper tantrums, berating employees, harassment of all kinds, comes from the top on down. You can be a superstar one day and fired the next. Wynn Resorts goes through the firing cycle on a periodic basis. One week, 3 VP’s were gone, vanquished from paradise. The only way to get a promotion is to be related or be a BFF of the powers that be. The word on Wall Street is that there is a brain drain in Vegas and it is true, because Wynn doesn’t pay for talent. Wynn’s employees are second and third rate but they look like geniuses because the place mines money due to guest’s addiction to gaming. of site employees work in building that are filthy air becuase the company won't pay for the $5 air filter.

    Advice to Management

    its time to go professional

I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits. You get to work with divers and intelligent people. Can be a fun place to work at times.

    Cons

Not the best employee morale during the years I was there. Management needs to listen to employees more.

    Advice to Management

Better pay for low to mid-level employees.

I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good working environment, dining area, and employee benefits. You will be supplied with all the tools you need to be successful.

    Cons

Lowest paying property on the strip. It is clearly part of the business strategy so it's either take it or leave it.

    Advice to Management

The business strategy is pretty clear and straight forward, so there is no reason to change. Obviously with the property coming across the street there is going to be a lot of opportunities for growth in the future.

    Pros

    You learn what luxury is

    Cons

Wynn has the .001% club. If you are a Vice President you get a good salary and a huge bonus, everyone else has a salary cap with no chance for an increase and a bonus that is a minuscule 1 weeks salary, while the .001% are raking in the millions. The 401k is such a joke, Bloomberg listed it as one of the top 10 worst in the country. Employees are of no value at Wynn, the chairman sees himself as the sole reason the company makes money. His staunchly adversarial approach is evident in every aspect of this company.

    Advice to Management

It's takes an army to keep the resort moving, admit it and treat us better
