    You get a state job with benefits, Only use it as a stepping stone to get in somewhere else.

    Cons

    poor moral, small towns Nepotism, favoritism, backstabbing, risk of injury every day Bad management. expect you to work overtime when they want. No raises for awhile. You are just a number to them. Mismanaged funds,
