Pros
CEO is really nice to work with. Salary is much better than academic.
Cons
Not too much work-life balance considering its start-up nature. But not necessarily a bad thing for people who are enthusiastic about quantum.

Pros
- Flexible working environment - Great leadership! and constant feedback/growth (and good pay) - Ability to take on projects that are of interest to you and do meaningful, purposeful work - Not your cookie cutter kind of company with tons of rules and policies.
