    good environment to work especially for youngster millennials; good learning environment and encouraging employee to always learning

    Cons

    not very appropriate to documentation for ex: there's lack of policy, procedures, even job descriptions

    Advice to Management

    do review on remuneration structure, because its already behind other competitors

    Pros

    - Work life balance
    - Good health benefit, bonus, and other allowance
    - Working with people from all around the world
    - Many employee fun activities

    Cons

    - Seniority as it the maximum level
    - Politic inside the company is so strong
    - Job description is not really clear
    - Promotion is quite difficult
    - it is usual to get angry inside the formal meeting and blaming the junior employee

    Advice to Management

    - More care about working environment
    - There are much things to fix, especially about job description
    - the condition to get bonus is quite difficult

    I worked at XL Axiata full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very ambitious and developing company. Very good at health benefit. It also pays you at nett basis so you dont have to worry about the taxes.

    Cons

    Very imaginative vision and sometimes target-setting is very very difficult to achieve, especially for their newly digital services department that I personally think should be spinned-off.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to make the business bigger, you have to sacrifice a lot of money as well.

    Good environment to develop our self, good pay & benefits.

    Cons

    Unclear career promotion criterias. Some employees seems to be already in their comfort zone with low motivation, it need special treatment to build up the spirit.

    Need to manage current available human capital to maximize their productivity.

    Pros

    You will get challenges project that will improve you to get better experience.

    Cons

    Challenging project because of no SOP everybody has ownership to change because of their own interest.mostly business team changes since reorganization very massive and happen oftenly.No clear decision because everybody playing safe,eventough escalation already happened to high level management.look very terrific as Project management team in charge for that kind of situation.Moreover,the high turn over on some dept creates a crazy situation.No priority task since everybody in a huge multi tasking and Prj management team should closely monitor on each dev's desk to help developer concentrate on their task otherwise the will work with other task once you leaving them in some hours.The worst thing is the management level on our team always blame us and instructing us to do some unclear and unnecessary tasks with reply email to all stakeholders and vendor.

    Advice to Management

    Prj management team is decision maker for the deliverable plan,risk and issues handling.Not decision maker for other than project management task.High level management to give the protection and cover his team,not just blame it with unclear instruction,scolding in public area.

    Pros

    - great start to learn on surviving at a highly dynamic corporation
    - casual dress code
    - energetic colleagues
    - huge advantage to develop self and to be promoted if you can get to be classified as talent
    - interesting internal company events

    Cons

    - development plans are only for selected talents which you have no idea when will you get to be selected as talents
    - average compensation & benefit package
    - high demand superiors
    - in average, it takes more than 2 years to get promoted
    - high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

    Get to know your employees. Listen and give space. Give clear directions and expected outcome, not just demand tasks to get done. Invest on your employees, not just on hiring expats. Improve non material compensation and benefit plans if you can't get to improve the salary.
