    Great people within my team, collaborative environment.

    Cons

    management does not care about employee, there is a culture of bullying in the company and HR IS COMPLETELY POWERLESS AND THUS USELESS TO HANDLE MANAGEMENT.

    Nice people
    Nice office
    Good training
    Sales manager Shane is a delight to work with.

    Cons

    Sell a product above market price to get paid.
    Insecurity of job even though you are constantly told you will be supported there is always a looming concern that they can shake hands with you anytime and call it a day.

    Advice to Management

    Senior management very abrupt and not very emapathetic towards staff.

    Pros

    They train you up (loved my trainer), see you through to your first sales, set fair targets and that’s about that. It’s a good company and I’ve really enjoyed working in sales. Everyone is super helpful- provided you are giving it your best shot. Great environment with career development and commission along the way.

    Cons

    I think Fridays breakfast could be healthier- a lot a carbs!

    I learnt so much in the 2 years I was at XLN. Progression for those that were hungry, comms for those that were able and a happy working environment.

    The music is sometimes a little loud- which is ok if its not Eminem

    You need to realise your staff are people, and people who need looking after. Just starting with decency towards people would be a step in the right direction
