    I have been working at XPEERANT (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The owners and staff are top notch, helpful, supportive and very knowledgeable. They encourage developing relationships with candidates and hiring managers and companies. Many go above and beyond to insure candidates are successful.

    Cons

    None really. A flurry of activity, yet often responses from hiring managers are slow. However, that is the norm in the industry.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work! If anything continue to listen to your team, spend wisely, trust people to do their jobs and provide adequate resources.

    I have been working at XPEERANT as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Xpeerant works Pro Bono. I was able to get all of the money I wanted knowing that Xpeerant as a staffing agency took nothing for themselves.

    Cons

    Finally got a contract with them after several years of working with them. I don't think they have a lot of other clients which is the only real con I can think of if my current one comes to an end.

    Advice to Management

    Better benefits for contractors

    Pros

    Flexibility to work from home

    Cons

    Below market pay, subjective bonus/incentive structure - not based on metrics but rather on opinion of others, experience has no bearing on salary, staffing industry experience does not seem to be respected and embraced

    Advice to Management

    Encourage leadership to source and recruit along with the recruiting team so they understand the role and can better lead recruiting efforts. Work on compensation structure; base salary and headcount incentive so that it is fair and competitive.
