    Pros

    Co-workers are like family. Lot of possibilities as company builds new products.

    Cons

    Lot of change as company joins with Global Payment Solutions.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize growth and need to expand allowing employees to focus on well defined job responsibilities.

    Great overall compensation with respect to salary and benefits.

    Cons

    Product offering and services too dated. Need to upgrade many aspects of the software product.

    Invest in better technology that is more user friendly

    I worked at XPIENT Solutions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are endless amounts of resources to learn from. The Analysts that had been working there for sometime, were quick to lend a helping hand

    Cons

    There were not many cons that I can think of. Compared to other companies, XPIENT has less perks. Then again I was Part-Time

    Advice to Management

    A better structured training plan with exacting benchmarks for the trainee and time periods to achieve. Having an experienced analyst to assist in training is wonderful, but without a "checklist" of details to cover and and explain, the training had spots in it. Solidifying the benchmarks during training along with the overwhelming amount of support from Analysts would make this one of the best experiences that one could expect.

    I have been working at XPIENT Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Positive Environment
    Lots of new things happening
    Almost all employees legitimately care about the products
    Very oriented towards getting the job done properly and satisfying the customer, but no one takes themselves too seriously.

    Cons

    In the past the company tended to ship code and fix problems as they're reported. Current management is very oriented towards never having this happen, investing heavily in improving its testing and Q&A.

    Advice to Management

    Improve documentation and training.
