I worked at Xalted Information Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Opportunity to explore variety of tools with full freedom.
    2. Team members were quite co-operative
    3. Current set of HR is much better than the previous lot. You can discuss your concerns with them and can expect some solution. Previous was full of lie.

    Cons

    1. Salary payment not consistent
    2. No Roadmap to sell the product
    3. No respect for the time of employees
    4. No planning for deliverables
    5. Full and Final settlement is a big concern. People are waiting even an year has passed by now
    6. Very high attrition rate at senior management

    Advice to Management

Treat employees as Asset and not as Liability.
    Maintain work-life balance
Present clear, achievable and true road-map to the employees, instead of mis-guiding them or keeping them in dark

I worked at Xalted Information Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is the company where I got to learn a lot of stuff. Being a an experienced developer, after joining this company I got all my skills furnished plus I got additional skills. Yes as other reviews say, it is the best company for freshers (who apt to go for product development) to work for. Flexible work timings and best development manager. New ideas are always welcome and skills will be appreciated. I will not say development is the best but other teams also have vast scope provided an individual concentrates on work more rather than getting involved in politics within that team.

    Cons

There are lot of HR issues dangling. HR itself cannot find the solution for the same nor they attempt to resolve those. There are very dirty politics in few teams that do not have any solution as no action is taken against anyone. There is no product sold since couple of years. Employees are never updated with the company status and where it stands.

    Advice to Management

Just 4 words: Live and Let Live

    Pros

Ample of opportunities to learn new stuff.... Whatever experience you have, vision you have you can bring it forth and it will be highly appreciated and implemented. Its a small company but gives you all kind of experiences whether a fresher or an experienced guy.

    Cons

This company only supports Managers. HR and marketing only runs the company and manipulate people. Talent is never recognized nor appreciated and neither graded. There is no discipline. Human resource manager shouts from her cabin, keeps the cabin door open to negotiate salaries, taunts people from her cabin. She has so many means to point out employees weaknesses but cannot give answers about appraisals, salaries or any HR relevant stuff.
