    Pros

Great People that truly care and want to do good.

    Cons

Awful leadership from the founders and the CEO is the worst example of a good leader I have ever come across.

Fun management that can relate to the customer service agents because they were former agents.

I have been working at XanGo full-time

    Pros

Fun group of people to work with.

    Cons

Many of the employees have no formal training which means they can be paid less. However, this means that most of what gets done is less than adequate which hurts the company overall.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who know what they are doing.

  8. "Nice place to work"

I worked at XanGo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun atmosphere. Lots of events for staff. Great break room.

    Cons

Business was booming for a long time, then it stopped. Layoffs happened several times. I dodged two bullets then the third one got me. Layoffs continued after I left the company.

    Advice to Management

Increase revenue. Plan ahead. Maybe ditch the MLM gimmick.

    Pros

Great people and I enjoy the flexibility in terms of taking time off.

    Cons

Benefits aren't great. No bonuses. No 401K matching. Layoffs have made for a lean workforce with a lot of expectations.

    Advice to Management

When employees leave, please replace them. We can only take on so much.
