    Minimum Wage
    Food not great
    Lot's of people getting fired or quitting randomly which affects the whole office

    Lot of favortism. especially in regards towards those of the female persuasion.

    Need to remember your big fish in a really small pond.

    Pros

    during down times you can pick up trash on the grounds and sneak away to look at the trees, waves, wildlife and clouds. The majority of customers are pleasant and the management team is outstanding

    Cons

    some customers have never used an aquatic motor vehicle and many customers are non-native english speaking. first time boat users can be hazardous and cause accidents. non-native english speakers require extra attention. low pay

    the management team at the bridge bay marina is the heart and soul of the work environment. they are dedicated to getting the job done and maintaining a positive and friendly work environment. they genuinely care about you and are willing to work with you to achieve your goals as well as theirs

    live/work in awesome locations
    meet folks from all over the world
    promotions come easy for those with good work ethic & positive attitude
    2 days off in a row most weeks
    company makes the effort to be inclusive, safe and

    low pay
    employee dorms and laundry are kinda run down
    have to work 6 day weeks at the beginning and end of each season
    turn over is bad
    random drug tests
    employee dining room is like hospital food

    Advice to Management

    pay better
    update the dorms
    work harder to get folks to stay all season
    hire sooner so opening isn't so frantic and folks can get trained proper

    Seasonal so some employees don't take job as serious

    Reward your employees more and they will stick around instead of just quitting and will come back yesr after year

    Advice to Management

    Make it easier to terminate the bad employees. Do not require being written up 5 times before termination
