Pros
Free fruit every Tuesday - but it disappears in seconds because Xaxis never orders enough. There is a vending machine in the office where you can pay full price for a snickers during the day.
Cons
Xaxis has a “pillar” corporate structure where everything must “align” with executive decisions, offering very little self-autonomy for employees. Rumors constantly circulate about restructuring and possible layoffs. Promotions are unheard of unless you're good at office politics. Senior leadership is not required to attend management training, and this causes a lot of problems. HR begs employees to complete surveys every 6 months so that it can be ranked as one of “Crain’s best companies to work for.” If you see an exceptional review on Glassdoor with few (or very minor) "cons" listed, then it was probably written by HR. They are having trouble filling vacancies from so much turnover. Xaxis is simply not worth it. Just writing this review is giving me PTSD. If you are desperate for a job, be a dog walker.

This place is a perfect fit for those who lack initiative and maturity

This is a good industry to be in. Lots of young people Free food and some perks (I can't think of anything else)
Cons
Poor management Low pay Lack of growth Toxic environment The environment is very exclusive to those who are favored by management The environment is very reminiscent of high school. If you aren't part of their cliques, they will ignore you. You'll be the one they throw under the bus whenever they can. The environment is stressful and disorganized. If you attempt to put forth any ideas, you get shunned.
